use .value instead of .text

hey Brett,

Try these two things:

1. change line 21 (per your screen shot) to: t_company = thisdoc.new_Company.value;

2. consider exiting the for loop if you find an option selected in the "Company" field. The way it is currently coded the "New Company" value will always be used unless you select the last option in the "Company" field. Alternatively, you do the test to see if a new company has been entered before iterating through the "Company" select options.

Regards

Sean.
